Not medical advice
SkinFormula provides general skincare education and a routine built from your own answers. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and does not replace a doctor, dermatologist or pharmacist. Do not delay seeking medical advice because of anything in the app.
Pregnancy and medication
The app excludes some ingredients when you state that you are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning a pregnancy. This is general guidance; confirm any product with your doctor or midwife.
Product and clinic information
Product examples are not sponsored and are not endorsements. Ingredient lists come from a public database and may be incomplete or outdated; check the product's own label. Procedure descriptions are general; your clinic's instructions take precedence.
Supplements and blood tests
Supplement doses and the steps after a blood result describe what doctors and guidelines usually advise. They are not a prescription. Your doctor or pharmacist decides, especially in pregnancy, for children, or when you take other medicines.
AI features
The personal skin assistant, skin analysis and product recognition use AI. Their answers can be wrong or incomplete; they describe and explain, they never diagnose. What these features send is listed in the privacy policy.
SkinFormula Pro subscription
SkinFormula Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, bought through your Apple ID. Payment is charged when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before that. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Everything else in the app stays free.
Free trial. The yearly plan may start with a free trial of 1 week, offered by Apple once per Apple ID; the app shows it only when you are eligible. When the trial ends, the yearly subscription starts and the yearly price is charged, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). If you buy a subscription during the trial, any unused part of the trial is forfeited.
Apple's standard licence agreement applies to your use of the app: Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Liability
SkinFormula is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of the app's content.
